Klingon Outpost

Yes, I'm a great fan of Star Trek, and of all things Klingon. I'm not sure why I became a fan of Klingons over the other races... perhaps because Klingons are more interesting. They've been both 'bad guys' and allies of the Federation. Perhaps it's because of their 'warrior' philosophies, and the mythic quality of some of the background that has been given to the Klingons. They are the best developed race other than humans, having their own language, festivals, customs that have gotten more air time than even the Vulcans who held such fascination during the Original Series. Certainly Klingon Fandom is much larger than any other besides the Federation. Nothing makes that more obvious than the Klingon presence on the Web.

Currently I am an inactive member of Klingon Armada International and I gave an application to KAG as well, although there is no KAG group nearby to attend meetings at. I've gone a bit inactive as I became busy and haven't had a chance to make time for Klingon activities again. I am also one of the Klingettes, follow the link to see our web pages at this site!

Since there is so much information available out there, I'll be attempting to avoid duplicating what is out there already. That's going to be very difficult. :) Follow the links below to find more klingon web sites, these are just a few of my favorites. I've added a description of each so you'll have some idea of what you'll find there.

Favorite Klingon Links

Duress and the Klingettes Duress and the Klingettes! Web page devoted to those fab four, those lusty klinchicks, the Klingettes. You can see pics of them, or read about their romping adventures around the galaxy! This page is not to be missed!

K'Mel's Guide to Klingon Cyberspace K'Mel's Guide to Klingon Cyberspace is definately a must see, if you are interested in Klingon stuff. The most exhaustive links site, plus lots of information on ships, customs and more. Want to find a fan club to join? He lists them all (including KAI and KAG, among many others), plus links to club member pages. Also links to other Klingon related sites; such as games, recipes, costumes, stories, fonts, software, and non-klingon Star Trek sites. My favorite. :)

Imperial Klingon Empire Imperial Klingon Empire, is a Klingon fan site, devoted to the "civilian" population of the Klingon Empire!

Warriors of the Empire Warriors of the Empire, the Klingonizer! This guy brings out the klingon in everyone! He computer enhances regular pics, adding ridges, costume and props. Last I checked he'd become so popular that he was swamped with pics to do that he wasn't taking anymore, but you should still take a look, it's a fun site!

Klingon Language Institute Klingon Language Institute The Klingon Language is far more developed then most people realize. Not only is a dictionary available, but linguists study it, and translate many classical works to tlhIngan Hol (as it is called in the language). Check out this site to see what projects are currently underway, and what projects have already been completed (like Hamlet!).

TargTV TargTV A TV station for Klingons? Well, almost. Members of the KAG ship IKV Rake Hell have made 2 episodes of 'Battleship Vengeance', 5 trainging videos, and have done several performances at conventions.

Klin Zha Klin Zha - Klingon Chess. Introduced in the book, 'The Final Reflection', it was soon adapted and produced so that we could play it ourselves. This site offers the rules to the game, as well as several variations, and .GIF diagrams you can print and cut out in order to play.

K'Tesh's Klingon Recipe Pages K'Tesh's Recipes K'Tesh has created and collected fan recipes for food dishes mentioned or shown on Star Trek episodes, and not limited to Klingon recipes. A great place to stop if you are having a theme party.
